Who Is the Elijah?

By his fruits shall we know that he came.

Elijah shall come and restore all things,

Turn the hearts of the people, be a witness to kings.

God shall send Elijah to prepare all the earth,

Lest He smite and destroy with a curse.

Who is the Elijah, how can we know his name?

By his fruits shall we know that he came.

How did you learn the truth in a world that was deceived?

It was the gospel he preached you believed.

After centuries of years when the Truth was suppressed,

And traditions of men were believed by the rest,

One man believed the things he saw there in God's Word,

A voice cried out, and millions have heard.

When the Church Jesus built had become almost dead,

When the Beast of Revelation reared it's 6th ugly head,

One man learned the mysteries and puzzled out God's plan,

Understanding God gave to that man.

Who is the Elijah, how can we know his name?

By his fruits shall we know that he came.

How did you learn the truth in a world that was deceived?

It was the gospel he preached you believed.

Will you hold fast to the things that he taught?

The true Christian life is a war to be fought.

One man died and soon the sheep were scattered and lost.

When you followed, did you count the cost?

"Behold, I come quickly, what you have hold fast"

Christ says to the era that's next to the last.

Protect the house the Lord has built, some try to tear it down.

Heed the warning, and don't lose your crown.
